Students' Information System - Johns Hopkins University
IMC Global Services designed and developed a large web-enabled Students' Information
System for Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth (CTY), where more
than 90,000 students participate in the CTY talent search every year. The summer
courses enroll more than 9,000 students while more than 2,500 enroll in CTY distance
courses. Additionally, about 8,000 students and parents participate in the academic
conferences organized by CTY. IMC Global Services's web-based solution comprises
a number of sub-systems such as:

The project was implemented in two major phases to minimize risk and maximize user

Lease Vision System - A Large Worldwide Systems Integration Company
IMC Global Services provided design and development services to the Advanced Operations
and
Technology (AOT) Department of a major worldwide systems integration company
to automate their internal systems. The Lease Vision System solution is an online
property management application that handles company lease information specifically
for property management for external clients. IMC Global Services's Lease Vision
System solution tracks and manages the following:
- Lease Administration
- Rent Ledger
- Reports
- Query Leases
- Lease Forecast
Server Management System - A Large Worldwide Systems Integration Company
IMC Global Services provided design and development services to a major worldwide
systems integration company, enabling them to efficiently handle their servers.
Significant features of the application include:
- Designing the system to administer requirements and needs to maintain information
stored at different servers
- Multiple user management of server functions including: applications, services,
personnel, domains, operating systems, and charge and contract information
- A self-secured authorization system
- Login and usage by employees is defined and managed by the system administrator
Expense Tracking System -A Leading Marketing Company
IMC Global Services designed and developed a web-based Expense Tracking System to
capture daily expense-related data for a leading marketing client. The Expense Tracking
System performs the following functions:
- Bills and receipts are now submitted online
- Budgets, programs, type of activity, and location are allocated to a user by the
system administrator
- Expense details are now electronically administered and special authorization codes
are now automatically assigned
- Administer the expense details and assign special authorization codes
- A custom reporting module assists the administrator with generating various reports
based
on specified parameters.
